Todd Bentley: Prophetic? Or...PATHETIC! A Biblical Examination of the "Lakeland Revival" 4

The Purpose
of
GodThoughtsWired!

GodThoughts Wired! exists to, "Evangelize the Church in the Age of Delusion." The era the Bible refers to as "the beginning of birth pangs," is here (see Mark 13:9). The age of "delusion" has begun! (see 2 Thessalonians 2:10-15). False teachers and false gospels are everywhere! The "angel of light" (see 2 Corinthians ) has become so influential in the "visible church" that even "false bibles" have made their way into mainstream Christianity (i.e. "The Message").

Tens of millions of sincere church-goers are being led astray by celebrity pastors and teachers presenting a "false gospel of grace" nowhere to be found in scripture. GodThoughtsWired! exists to make sure that when Jesus says, "Depart from Me, I never knew you"...He's not talking to you!

They will be decieved...
But they won't know that they are deceived...
Because they are deceived!

And another concerned GodThoughts Subscriber warns,

"If I were you, I would spend my time getting unsaved people saved
than attacking other preachers and ministers!
You’re the type of person that makes Christianity complicated!
It wasn’t meant to be complicated! Marry was just a teenager
when she was pregnant with Jesus, and she changed the world!
I don’t think she knew the Bible very well.
Jesus was only 30 years old when He had his ministry!
What Jesus had was faith! He believed! You guys are always trying
to make it more complicated than it really is.
You should go back to the basics and review them!

Wow!  I have no question, zero! that Todd Bentley is "sincere."  Just as the above concerns are very "sincere."  Of course, the problem as many of you are aware is...

In the last days MANY! will
believe that they are saved...
BUT THEY ARE NOT!
-see Matthew 7:21-23

Consider the following testimony from a "Bentley enthusiast:"

"You see, we have been to this Outpouring, and we have seen many, many souls saved,
and many, many altar calls, and they are very, very real."

Question:  "How do you SEE someone get saved?"  Jesus said that there will be MANY who do SIGNS AND WONDERS!!! who think they are saved, but are not.  DEAR  GOD!  We live in a Christian culture that thinks somebody "gets saved" because they raised their hand or said a prayer or went forward at an altar call.  C'MON CHURCH!!!!  We gotta' know our Bibles!  ONLY THOSE WHO KNOW JESUS...ONLY THOSE WHO JESUS KNOWS...ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE A LIVING RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS ARE SAVED!...no matter what they say...no matter what they do.

Dear Church,

In the last days
REAL SIGNS AND WONDERS
will be accomplished by
FALSE PROPHETS AND TEACHERS.

For God's sake, and your, please study the references below.
