Search Scamdex & Scamalot
An Email with the Subject "Contact Fedex Courier Company for your package" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 28 May 2009 02:35:05 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mrs Rosemary Mendex" <sbwidowofheaven@gmail.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Attention: My Dear, I know you will be waiting for the arrival of your consignment box that contain the sum of ($1.5 Million) cash payment from Lottery Commission which i have to sent to you since last two month meanwhile it was because of my travelled out of the country that was the reason why you did not received your consignment box by now. Contact (FedEx courier Service) to enable them commence with the delivery of your consignment box that i deposited to them since, they are incharge of the delivery of your consignment box contain the sum of ($1.5 Million) United state dollars. In addition to what i said earlier please, don't disclose the content of the box to them, to avoid delay and finally endeavor to indicate this code number (GL-14160) this code will prove that you are the rightful owner of the box deposited VIP box in their company, use it as your subject when your contacting them, Thanks and remain bless.
