An Email with the Subject "Thank you for contacting us." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 05 Sep 2008 08:14:07 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Juno Online Services <Preview5x@release.juno.com>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

If you still wish to revert back to a lower version, please install the Juno 4.0 software from a CD-ROM. At present, we are only sending out Juno 5.0 CD-ROM. You can delete the Juno 5.0 installation after you have manually forwarded the mails on Juno 5.0 to the lower version that you intend to use. 6.
