An Email with the Subject "You have one new message from Credit Union Australia (CUA)" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 10 Aug 2009 08:58:24 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as Credit Union Australia (CUA)<memberservice@cua.com.au>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Dear Member We regret to inform you that your CUA Web Banker Account has been temporarily suspended. Your account has been suspended after too many failed login attempts have been made. This is most likely an attempt to gain unauthorized access to your account and/or personal information. To resolve this problem we have attached a form to this email.
