Before I introduce myself, I wish to inform you that this letter is an urgent
 mail and I urge you to treat it serious. I would  want to transfer to an
oversea account ($10,000.000.00 USD) Ten Million United States
Dollars) from one of the banks located here in Senegal. I would want to
ask you, If you are not capable of handling this transaction to quietly
look for a reliable and honest person who will be capable and fit to
provide either an existing bank account or to set up a new bank
account immediately to receive this money, even an account with zero
balance could serve in receiving this money, as long as you will remain
honest to me till the end of this important business,I am trusting you

By brief introduction,I am Mr Joseph MENDI a Senegalese citizen and
personal assistant to late Engineer Romain ROUSSEAU.During the
course of his bank's last week auditing,it was discovered that since his
death no one has come forward to lay claim to US$10 million he
deposited with the bank.While searching for anybody close to
Engineer Romain ROUSSEAU the management of the bank were
directed to me.They issued me a memo to provide his next of kin. This
account was opened with the bank in 1996 and since 1998 nobody
has operated on this account. Furthermore,it discovered that my late
boss died without a [Hier or WILL] hence the money is floating and if I
does not act fast it will be confiscated by the bank.

The owner of this account Engineer Romain ROUSSEAU is a French
and great industrialist.He unfortunately lost his life in the plane crash of
Alaska Airlines Flight 261 which crashsed on January 31st 2000,
including his wife and only daughter leaving nobody as next of kin.
No other person knows about this account or any thing concerning it
except the bank and me, the account has no other beneficiary and my
investigation proved to me as well that the account is a secret account.
Based on the fact that I am employed by the government,I can not
operate a local bank account that exceeds US$100,000.I am only
contacting you because this money could be claimed by a foreigner
who operates an account in overseas and has information about
Engineer Romain ROUSSEAU's account,which I shall provide to you
upon your positive response.

I am disclosing this to you believing that you will never let me down.
You are the first and the only person that I am contacting for this
business, so please reply urgently so that I will give you more details on
how this deal will be executed.At the conclusion of this transaction,
you will be given 25% of the total amount,70% will be for me and some
officials working in the bank, while 5% will be for expenses if any,both
parties might have incurred during the course of this transaction. I look
