FROM: MR. JOHN HUMA
International Remittance Department (ABSA BANK)
Johannesburg, South Africa.

                                                   13 JUNE 2007

I guess this letter may come to you as a surprise since I had no
previous correspondence with you. I got your contact address from
an associate working with the trade centre here in South Africa
and I decided to propose to you this business in strict confidence.
I am an Auditor and also one of the Executive Committee Member of
Amalgamated Bank of South Africa (ABSA). I am writing in respect
of an expatriate customer with my bank operating a domiciliary
dollar account. Unfortunately and sadly too, he perished in the
ill-fated Kenya Airways crash. The whole passengers on board died.

Since the demise of this our customer, I have personally watched
with keen interest to see the next of kin who will come to claim
this fund of Eight Million Five hundred thousand U.S Dollars
(US$8,500,000.00) only which has been in my bank for a very long
time. However, nobody has shown up, hence this letter to you.

On this note, I approach you in other that we discuss and agree on
terms as partners so that with my contact in the bank, we will pull
this money with you as the receiver (next of kin). The money will
be deposited into any account you may provide. The banking
regulation here in South Africa does not allow for such a huge
amount of money to remain dormant more than four years, the bank
will usually recall the money to the treasury as an unclaimed
deposit.

In view of this, should you indicate any positive interest, let me
know your terms regarding remuneration.

Please indicate your interest in this by making your personal
telephone and fax number available to me. My telephone number
is +27-73-612-1848, I can be reached 24 hours of the day.
Awaiting your prompt response while appealing that this shall remain
both confidential and secured.

Thank you and God Bless.

Yours sincerely,
