My name is Mr. Joseph Zadari a personal assistance to late Engr. James Andrea an Engineer with the 
Obuasi Gold Mine here in Ghana an Albania national who died accidentally two years ago while on 
duty.
 
After his death the company decided to compensate him in line with the contract agreement with the 
sum of eleven million five hundred united states dollars (US$11,500.000.00) which as already been 
deposited in a bank pending the appearance of the next of kin or any of his relatives. The bank now 
expects the next of kin as beneficiary to come forward for the claim. Valuable effort being made by 
myself and other close allies to get in touch with any of the James relative or family has been 
unsuccessful. Though he has no wife or kids known to me before his death.
 
It is because of the perceived impossibility of not been able to locate any of Engr. James Andrea 
next of kin the management under the influence of the chairman and members of the board of 
directors, concluded that the deposit be declared "unclaimed" and subsequently donate the funds to 
the arms & ammunition trust funds and this will further enhance the cause of war in Africa and the 
world in general.
 
In other to avert this negative development I am, now seeking your permission to have you stand as 
the next of kin to the late Eng. James Andrea so that the deposit will be released and thereafter 
transfer to your nominated bank account.
 
All documents and proofs to enable you get this funds will be carefully worked out. I have been 
mandated by the bank and the company management to officially declare the next of kin within the 
shortest possible time, that is why I am writing you and more so, I am assuring you that the 
business is 100% risk free involvement.
 
As soon as I receive an acknowledgment from you about this proposal in acceptance, I will furnish 
you with the necessary modalities and disbursement ratio to suit both parties without any confusion 
including the fund deposit slip that was given to me for onward presentation before the next of kin 
or any of his relatives.
