An Email with the Subject "Fw: Re: $2750 OWNER OFFERS 2,550, BEACHFRONT LUXURY CONDO (North Hutchinson Island/ Ft. Pierce ) (map)" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 02 Aug 2008 06:32:14 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Stanley Polansky" <clairstan@comcast.net>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Sounds so good. Thanks for your mail and details on this unit,i am indeed serious about renting this unit and will be willing to offer you 2 months rent plus the security deposit in order to secure this unit prior to our arrival becuase i am basically from UK and i will be coming over to the United State for Pharmaceuticle Research.
Could you be kind enough to let me know what the electricity facitility cost would be ?as i will really need to have this unit to myself. You can send me the lease application , to enable be review it ahead of time.i would eventually have it signed physically when i arrive.In my opinion, appending signatories should be done properly and at best physically. Please , send me some pictures view of the living room and bed rooms.
This is an international situation, although ones have to be very careful coz, i believe we can work things out perfectly if we can apply trust, understanding and honesty, i just hope you can understand what im trying to say.
